This year, VH had the privilege of collaborating with EJME and CBRE on the rebranding of the iconic 590 Madison Avenue, a cornerstone of New York City's commercial real estate market. Our goal was to elevate the property's identity to exude luxury and prestige, positioning it as a premier address in the competitive commercial landscape. The project included a new brand identity, a sleek, user-friendly website, and an immersive digital twin replica of the building to streamline sales and marketing efforts. The result? A modern, engaging experience that redefines how clients interact with this historic property.
As part of Saudi Arabia's ambitious Vision 2030 initiative, NEOM's Trojena region is set to become the ultimate destination for adventure and exploration. VH's production team worked tirelessly to bring the vision of Trojena to life, producing a series of captivating CG films. These films highlight the stunning landscapes, futuristic design, and unparalleled experiences that Trojena promises to offer. We're proud to contribute to this groundbreaking project and help showcase the future of sustainable adventure tourism.
Our long-term partnership with L&L Holding continued with the reimagining of Terminal Warehouse – a historic building seamlessly connecting people, transit, workplace, and nature. VH was responsible for creative direction on two compelling films, capturing Terminal Warehouse's unique role as a bridge between history and modernity. To further support the project's marketing and sales efforts, our production team crafted a fully immersive digital twin of the property. This state-of-the-art 3D experience allows users to explore the building virtually, unlocking its full potential in the commercial market.

VH partnered with Select Group, Woods Bagot, and WSP Middle East to bring to life a vision for the projected world's tallest residential tower – Six Senses Dubai Marina. This remarkable 122-story tower will house over 250 branded residences, setting new benchmarks for luxury living. Our production team created a series of stunning CG images, capturing the architectural excellence, elegance, and allure of this future landmark. We're honored to play a role in visualizing such an iconic development.
Working with the renowned Four Seasons Hualalai, VH created a captivating new film for this luxurious Hawaiian resort. Our goal was to showcase the beauty, serenity, and one-of-a-kind experience that the resort offers to its guests. Through evocative visuals and storytelling, we crafted a film that captures the essence of relaxation, exclusivity, and connection to nature that defines Four Seasons Hualalai.
