As 2023 comes to a close, we reflect on the remarkable projects we’ve had the privilege to be a part of. From the world’s largest residential tower in Dubai to placemaking in Perimeter and new developments in the new administrative capital in Cairo, we are grateful for each one of our clients. This year has been a testament to our commitment to excellence, creativity, and collaboration, as we’ve had the privilege of working on projects that push the boundaries of architectural innovation and visual storytelling. Join us as we take a look back at this year’s most memorable and significant projects.
Godrej Properties: A Dynamic Collaboration in India
Our ongoing partnership with Godrej Properties has been a cornerstone of our work, and 2023 marked another chapter in this dynamic collaboration. Working alongside world-renowned architects like Foster + Partners, RSP India, and Nikken Seikki, we’ve crafted a compelling narrative for new property developments in India’s hottest city hubs, including Gurugram, Pune, and Bengaluru. The VISUALHOUSE creative and production teams have been instrumental in producing a comprehensive suite of marketing collateral, showcasing the essence of these innovative projects.
Al Habtoor Tower: Redefining Luxury in Dubai
In June, Dubai witnessed the launch of development for the world’s largest residential building - Al Habtoor Tower, a project in collaboration with Al Habtoor Group and architect MAK Consultancy & Architects. During the pre-development phase, VISUALHOUSE had the opportunity of contributing to the launch campaign, creating a visual narrative that captured the essence of luxury living on an unprecedented scale.
ANWA ARIA: A Symbol of Opulence in Dubai
Dubai’s skyline welcomed a new symbol of opulent living with the introduction of ANWA ARIA in Dubai Maritime City. Developed by Omniyat, this exquisite residential tower became a canvas for VISUALHOUSE’S creativity. We collaborated closely with Omniyat to conceptualize the luxury tower, producing stunning renderings, a captivating film, and a dynamic brand identity that reflected the sophistication and grandeur of the project.
Forbes International Tower: Merging Luxury and Sustainability in Cairo
Early in 2023, our long-term client Magnom Properties embarked in a groundbreaking partnership with Forbes to build the world’s most sustainable tower in Cairo, Egypt. In collaboration with architects Adrian Smith and Gorden Gill, as well as contemporary artist Richard Orlinski, VISUALHOUSE played a pivotal role in connecting luxury and sustainability in the brand identity for the building’s launch campaign. This towering marvel is not just a testament to architectural prowess but a beacon of design and innovation.
Perimeter Atlanta: Transforming Spaces and Experiences
In the heart of Atlanta, VISUALHOUSE had the privilege of contributing creatively and visually to the transformation of PCID (Perimeter Center Improvement District). With over 200 retailers, Fortune 500 businesses, and a myriad of transit options, Perimeter has evolved into more than just a place – it’s a vibrant community. Our involvement in this project extended beyond the visual, as we played a role in crafting a bold new brand that reflects the energy and dynamism of the ongoing developments and improvements with Perimeter.
As we reflect on these remarkable projects, we are grateful for the trust and collaboration of our clients and partners. Each project has been a unique journey, and we look forward to continuing our commitment to excellence in the coming year. Cheers to 2023 and the exciting projects that lie ahead!
