A local Tennessee development duo, Meg Epstein and Jared Bradley, have recently undertaken multiple projects in various urban locations on the edge of the downtown Nashville area known as The Gulch, one of the city’s most dynamic and desirable zip codes.

On the nearby site of 806 Olympic Street, Epstein and Bradley are developing the 5 story, 51-unit apartment building known as Alina. Compass Development has been handling marketing and sales for the property. Visualhouse recently partnered with Compass to provide the renderings for the ongoing and developing project planned to be completed by late Spring 2020.

The Gulch is a trendy, vibrant mixed-use urban neighborhood thriving with shops, restaurants, office space and entertainment venues. With an emphasis on community connectivity, the location is certified as an LEED green neighborhood. Lofts, condominiums and apartments are leading the revival in the high demand for more urban housing in the area.
