Located at 25 Cottage in White Plains, New York, the new AVE Hamilton Green development is making waves as a visionary project that integrates residential, retail, and green space to create a modern urban experience. This collaborative effort by RXR and Korman Communities introduces a vibrant living environment, with the two-tower residential property situated on the site of the former White Plains Mall. 

The development features two towers, with the 12-story 25 Cottage nearly complete and the 26-story 5 Cottage scheduled for completion in Q3 2025. Together, these towers will deliver a total of 477 residences, catering to a diverse range of lifestyles with layouts from studio apartments to three-bedroom penthouses and live-work lofts. VISUALHOUSE had the opportunity to work closely with long-term client RXR to create a series of detailed CG images, showcasing AVE Hamilton Green’s vision in vivid detail for marketing and sales. These visuals capture not only the architecture but the lifestyle and ambiance that future residents will experience.

AVE Hamilton Green is designed to provide residents with access to luxurious, thoughtfully designed spaces and amenities. Residents of 25 Cottage will have access to coworking spaces ideal for the modern remote worker, a 24/7 fitness center, an indoor pool, and an expansive outdoor terrace complete with lounge seating and grilling stations. Pet lovers will appreciate the dog wash and indoor dog run facilities, creating a truly inclusive home environment for all.

One of AVE Hamilton Green’s unique advantages is its location. Situated just three blocks from the recently renovated White Plains Metro-North Train Station and one block from the bustling central business district, residents have the benefit of a connected, transit-friendly location.
