Over the past few months VISUALHOUSE creative and production teams have worked closely with Omniyat to bring the vision for the residence tower to life. From CG imagery that portrays the tower’s sleek modern architecture against the backdrop of the shimmering sea, to creative branding assets that resonate with the elegance of the residences, and film production, an array of marketing collateral was created to capture the essence of Anwa Aria’s opulence and charm.

Standing tall at 147 meters, Anwa Aria graces the Dubai skyline with its distinctive architecture. The tower houses 191 residences that have been thoughtfully designed to harmonize with the surrounding waterscape. The integration of expansive windows and balconies facilitates the seamless flow of the sea breeze, enveloping each residence in an aura of wellbeing.
