Drawing from its heritage as a “grown-up” building, we developed a brand that embodies sophistication, confidence, and curated luxury. The VH creative team delivered a new visual identity that balanced modernity with timeless elegance. From refined typography and a classic color palette to clean, bold wordmarks, every element was carefully crafted to resonate with its audience: leaders, innovators, and the established elite.
Key brand pillars like “A Pedigree of Prestige” and “Luxury at Ease” served as our creative north star, ensuring the new brand captured both the building’s aspirational appeal and its pragmatic functionality.

Through elegant design and intuitive navigation, the website highlights the building’s world class amenities, floorplans, and curated experiences to make 590 Madison a seamless blend of work and life.
The true innovation came through our production team’s creation of a digital twin–a groundbreaking sales and marketing asset that revolutionizes how 590 Madison is experienced. This highly detailed, immersive replica allows users to virtually navigate the building’s interior spaces, explore office floorplans and hotspot in stunning details, and discover building amenities with an interactive, guided experience. The digital twin brings the building to life for brokers, tenants, and stakeholders, offering a unique way to connect with 590 Madison before ever stepping inside.
