Re-envisioned by Montalba Architects and OJB Landscape Architecture, Anderson Towers embodies signature architecture and design. The buildings feature floor-to-ceiling windows that flood the interiors with natural light, creating a warm and sophisticated ambiance. The unified, pedestrian-friendly campus is not only visually stunning but also LEED certified, underscoring a commitment to sustainability and environmental responsibility. 

Located on the renowned Avenue of the Stars, Anderson Towers boasts a prestigious address that speaks volumes. This iconic location offers direct access to the Westfield Century City Mall via a pedestrian bridge and is conveniently situated across the street from Los Angeles Country Club. The strategic positioning provides tenants with seamless access to a myriad of amenities, enhancing the overall appeal of the campus. 

The campus comprises two buildings: the 1800 building, which stands 14 storeys tall, and the 1900 building, which rises to 29 storeys. With suites ranging from 1,500 to 50,000 square feet, Anderson Towers offers flexible and customizable office spaces to meet the diverse needs of its tenants.
