Working closely with Birla Estates and the esteemed architects at Serie Architects, our mission was to reflect the urban character of South Mumbai, an area renowned for its vibrant culture and dynamic lifestyle. The design approach by Serie incorporates optimized floor plates, ensuring functional efficiency and maximizing usable space. From the social lobbies and reception areas to the cafeterias, restrooms, and security systems, every aspect of the building exudes advanced product design and thoughtful application.
One of the standout features of Birla Anāyu is its well-defined facade engineering. The project integrates forward-thinking strategies, including a comprehensive Building Maintenance Unit (BMU) plan as a part of the facade design development. This not only enhances the building’s aesthetic appeal but also ensures it meets rigorous environmental standards. This CG animation provides a vivid preview of the overall design for the luxury residence tower.
