Ward Village is a 60-acre coastal master planned community in the heart of Honolulu, located between downtown and Waikīkī in the Kakaʻako district. Offering the perfect mix of urban and island living with exceptional residences, unique shopping, dining, entertainment and outdoor gathering spaces.
Six sophisticated condominium towers have helped transform the neighborhood into an extraordinary place to live, shop, dine, and explore. Developed by Howard Hughes, our team of artists was tasked to bring the vision to life for the community through a series of films showcasing the village and residence towers.
ANAHA PENTHOUSES
One of the most design-forward towers in Hawai‘i, Anaha’s rolling glass façade evokes the light reflecting off the waves of the nearby Pacific Ocean. This dynamic tower offers a range of sophisticated residences where the serene privacy of one’s home is enhanced by over an acre of luxurious amenities, including an eye-catching glass bottom lap pool which cantilevers 75 feet high over the plaza below and serene water displays surrounding a bold sculpture by acclaimed Chinese artist, Zhan Wang. VH created an anthem film for luxury residence towers a part of Ward Village to be utilized for sales and marketing purposes for the launch of the building.
AE'O RESIDENCES
Comprising 466 residences, Ae‘o offers a wide range of floor plans including studios, one-, two- and three-bedroom residences and penthouses. Designed by architect Bohlin Cywinski Jackson, Ae'o features a wide variety of amenities including a pool deck that features a 25-meter fitness pool, lounges, private cabanas, and dining areas framing panoramic ocean views, plus a dedicated family activity area, state-of-the-art gym, spa, private movie theater, karaoke lounge and more.
