One Vision. One Ecosystem. One Partner.
A new kind of district is emerging in Miami.
The most ambitious urban developments call for more than elite creative work. They call for every dimension of that work to speak the same language, from the very first brand mark to the final frame of film.
Magic City Innovation District was built for exactly that level of ambition.
Set to transform Little Haiti into a 7.8-million-square-foot destination for technology, culture, wellness and community, Magic City is one of the most significant urban developments underway in Miami today.
A project of this scale required more than individual services. It required a single, connected ecosystem capable of carrying a vision from strategy to screen to experience.
This is where Visualhouse was built to operate.
By bringing together our sister companies, Aureum & Partners and Novaverse, under one brief, we delivered a fully integrated creative, technology and marketing solution — ultimately transforming a future masterplan into a tangible, investable and market-ready destination.

GROUNDING THE VISION
VISUALHOUSE
Visualhouse stepped in to bridge the gap between architectural thinking and market demand, translating complex masterplans into an elite suite of visual marketing assets.
By pairing CGI imagery with a fully scripted brand film and animations, we gave Magic City its definitive visual experience. We brought absolute physical clarity to the development and gave leasing teams the precise tools needed to pre-sell the scale, luxury and activation of Miami's newest district.

SHAPING THE NARRATIVE
Before a development of this scale can attract investors, occupiers or public support, it needs something harder to manufacture than a floorplan: belief.
Aureum & Partners built that foundation. Working across brand strategy, visual identity, campaign development and print, the team created the complete brand system that defines how Magic City presents itself to the world — refining the logo, establishing the brand colours and typography, designing the print brochure, developing the website and crafting the campaign tagline that ties it all together: "The Future Unveiled."
Every touchpoint was designed to communicate the scale of the opportunity and the conviction behind it. The result is an identity that doesn't describe a development. It announces one.
EXPERIENCING THE FUTURE
The challenge with visionary developments is that the future cannot be photographed.
Novaverse answered this by building a fully immersive digital twin and virtual tour that allows investors, occupiers and stakeholders to move through the district before a single building is complete. They don't have to wait for construction to understand what they're committing to.
The experience already exists.
Magic City is the definitive proof of what becomes possible when world-class creative specialists operate as a single, frictionless ecosystem.
Through one integrated group, Visualhouse provided every touchpoint required to bring Magic City to market — brand strategy, identity, campaign, print, digital, visualisation, animation, film and immersive technology — under one relationship, one creative direction and one shared understanding of the goal.
For developers, this means fewer partners, greater consistency, faster delivery and a more powerful market presence from day one.
Magic City is live. And it looks exactly like the future should.
