VISUALHOUSE is excited to share our latest collaboration with Birla Estates and Serie Architects, bringing to life the visionary Birla Anāyu in Walkeshwar, South Mumbai. This luxury residential tower stands as a testament to modern elegance, innovative design, and a deep commitment to sustainability. 

Rising to a height of 80  meters, Birla Anāyu embodies the essence of contemporary urban living while seamlessly integrating the rich legacy and design identity of Birla Estates. Our production team meticulously crafted a series of CG imagery, capturing the building’s stunning exteriors and sophisticated interiors, to provide a vivid preview of this architectural marvel.

Working closely with the esteemed architects at Serie Architects, our mission was to reflect the urban character of South Mumbai, an area renowned for its vibrant culture and dynamic lifestyle. The design approach by Serie incorporates optimized floor plates, ensuring functional efficiency and maximizing usable space. From the social lobbies and reception areas to the cafeterias, restrooms, and security systems, every aspect of the building exudes advanced product design and thoughtful application.

One of the standout features of Birla Anāyu is its well-defined facade engineering. The project integrates forward-thinking strategies, including a comprehensive Building Maintenance Unit (BMU) plan as a part of the facade design development. This not only enhances the building’s aesthetic appeal but also ensures it meets rigorous environmental standards.

The vision statement for Birla Anāyu encapsulates the project’s core ethos to create a 100% vastu compliant living space that offers flexible planning, fosters community gathering, and exudes luxury through timeless architecture. The vision is brought to life through flexible floor plans that cater to the diverse needs of residents, communal spaces that encourage interaction and bonding, and architectural elements that stand the test of time. The commitment to vastu compliance ensures that every living space is in harmony with natural forces, enhancing the overall well-being of its occupants.
