June is Pride Month around the world, and VISUALHOUSE is proud to celebrate alongside our colleagues, communities and allies globally.

We believe communities must show up for one another, and we stand in solidarity with the LGBTQIA+ and Black+ communities across the world and all allies fighting for equity and justice, honoring the longstanding Pride tradition of unity.

Diversity & Inclusion is, and always will be, a global business imperative for VISUALHOUSE.

Promoting diverse voices and perspectives is key to creating a winning business, as it fosters an environment in which everyone feels respected and can reach their full potential. And now is the ideal time to acknowledge the impact LGBTQIA+ and Black+ colleagues have had on history and our Company, while also addressing the challenges these communities can face around the world.

Throughout the rest of the year, we are focusing on donating to local organizations that create change for LGBTQIA+ people of color, trans and non-binary communities, LGBTQIA+ families and many more. These organizations improve the lives of LGBTQIA+ people in the cities where they operate, many of which have influenced our lives or our colleagues’ lives in some way.

We would like to take this opportunity to mention and amplify the following organizations in order to bring visibility to each of their causes: The Lesbian, Gay, Bisexual and Transgender Community Center, The Trevor Project, The Ali Forney Center, Stonewall UK, AKT and Kaleidoscope Trust.

As a Company, VISUALHOUSE employs a global non-discrimination policy—which covers gender, gender identity, and sexual orientation, among other factors— in every country where we operate worldwide. For our Employees, we are expanding access to mental health resources and bringing people together, virtually, throughout our five global studios to create unity and growth within the Company.
